Soya bean tikka

Lately I am trying the famous KETO diet, since being a food blogger I got inspired to make my own recipes and bring different ideas and flavours into KETO diet. This particular one is actually soyabean malai tikka made the KETO way.

Soya bean chunks 33 grams

Fenugreek leaves hand ful.
Turmerind for the dressing.
Lemon slices for garnish.

Add salt, GARAM masala, black pepper to the boiling water in which you will dehydrate the soya chunks.
Mix heavy cream, GARAM masala, coriander fresh leaves (1 Tb) , Greek yogurt , chopped green chilies (1Tb) , salt, black pepper, white pepper, garlic powder 1/4 tsp in a bowl. marinate the cooked soya chunks ( make sure the is no water left in them) let marinate 2 hours.

After two hours shallow fry them in 2 Tb of olive oil. Serve with cucumber, spring onions, tomato, spinach, fenugreek leaves salad.
