Carrot potato stuffed Semolina pockets

take a cup of semolina (suji)

add green chilies

add 1/2 cup of curd

mix

add 1/4 to 1/2 cup

add salt

and items of your choice. E.g green onions. Don’t add a lot of ingredients else it will be tough to form pockets. Let it rest for 30 minutes.

scoop a little amount of batter into a fry pan.

spread it and let it cook from one side.

turn it over and then add carrot tomato paste on top or any other paste.

add more batter over the top. Cover it up and let it cook. Once steam cooks the top, turn it over to brown both sides.

enjoy with ketchup.
