- 250grams chicken thighs boneless skinless
70 grams mushrooms
3 cloves
Rosemary dash
Thyme dash
Oregano dash
125 ml heavy cream
2 -4 Tbs Milk
- ghee 2Tbs
For chicken seasoning
1 tsp onion powder
Dash of garlic powder
Salt
Black pepper
1/8-1/4tsp knorr cube
- lemon juice 1tbs
marinate the chicken with the mentioned spices.
after that heat up 2 tbs ghee. Once it is piping hot add your chicken thighs irregular side down. Cook for a minute or until nicely charred and turn to char the other side.
Once charred add mushrooms to crisp them slight however if frozen don’t add yet. Instead remove the oil and set it aside. Add heavy cream to the chicken thighs with milk to loosen it up a bit. If you like more thin consistency you may add more milk. Add mushrooms now if you have the frozen kind. Garnish with coriander and serve right away for keto or with bread if you are not eating it in keto,
